Request for Funding
The Elmworth School & Community Foundation is pleased to accept applications for the funding of programs and services which benefit the local community.
These applications are reviewed and funds are awarded on a semi-annual basis. The deadlines for the applications to be received by the Foundation are February 1st and September 1st each year. You can download the application form below, but please submit the completed application by mail.
In the past the Foundation has been pleased to support such projects as:
- The Elmworth School Playground
- Mountview Curling Rink renovations
- Hinton Trail hall furniture and renovations
- Elmworth School Theatre Productions which involve the students
- Smartboards and other electronics for Elmworth School
- Furniture, computer equipment, and books for the Elmworth Community Library
